Home to the elevated fried chicken sandwich, Black Salt was established in 2023 out of a love of food and community with the goal of expanding the idea of what a food truck can be. Sean and Steph have had the pleasure of working with many breweries and distilleries from southern to Midcoast Maine as well as taking part in community events, weddings, graduations, company appreciation events, holiday celebrations, fundraisers and more!
Black Salt has been featured as a best food truck nominee in Downeast and Decor magazines as well as Portland Old Port, and Portland Media Group’s Best of the 207.
